Dystonia
Exercise course
The exercise course contains multiple specific exercises created by Dr. Farias to treat the different dystonias. You have to practice these exercises daily at least once. You can do them twice in a day if you feel that it helps you. The time spent doing the exercises on this folder should be at least 40 minutes a day: 15 minutes doing breathing exercises, 15 minutes doing neck exercises, face exercises or eyelid exercises depending on the dystonia you are dealing with; 5 minutes doing eye exercises and 5 minutes doing sensory stimulation.
