Relaxation course

The relaxation course contains multiple specific exercises created by Dr. Farias to treat the different dystonias. You have to practice these exercises daily at least once. You can do them twice in a day if you feel that it helps you. The best moment to do the relaxation exercises is before you go to bed or after a session of neuro-stimulation (like our dance program or Dr. Farias exercises course). You can choose one class from this program and follow it or you can follow several. Music therapy sessions are short, Qigong and visualization are longer than 30 minutes. You can choose which one to use according to the time you have during the day. We recommend that you take one visualization or one Qigong form and practice daily for at least one month; this will provide the best benefits as your brain gets used to the relaxation response.
