Some people need or want to exercise in a more intense way. That is why we have created the Workout course. This course includes Shaolin Kung Fu training, Boxing, Physical therapy exercises, Balance exercises, Awareness exercises, Feldenkrais lessons, Drumming, Juggling, Golf. Please be advised that some of the exercises on this folder may not be adequate for members who were not athletic or did not have specific training prior to the onset of dystonia.
